I’m glad that all the moving out and in is completely over. Thanks god. It was exhausting. I hope I won’t have to move out again so soon. Well, two weeks ago, I was in Lyon and now, here I am, in Paris.
I’m now part of Optinnove as Innovation Financial Consultant. To be honest, I’m still in the phase of discovering what a “Innovation Financial Consultant” does. So I guess I’ll have to come back later when I have more things to say about what I exactly do :)
10 years – long enough for living my life in Lyon. Don’t get the wrong idea. I love the city and the people. However, it’s time for a change, and yet options have to be considered and decisions have to be made. I started with one – leaving Lyon for a new horizon. It’s not easy to depart a city like Lyon, especially when you put so much effort and energy into building your professional career and social life over the past 10 years.
“Time for a change” also means that I’m ready for another challenge. After INSA Lyon, MobiTourism and Agiir Network, I’m willing to try something new related to “innovation”. I know I’m not making any sense here. So come back in a few weeks as the full reveal of my next move is planned for mid November.
Perfect timing. I’m up for a brand new challenge. Meaning? I’m open to job opportunities. So, give me a buzz or drop me a few lines. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Time flies. Well…
MobiTourism went into administration three months ago. I witnessed the tough challenges that my ex-boss had to overcome to keep the company alive. The sacrifices made by each one of us weren’t enough to save MobiTourism from its cruel destiny, bankruptcy.
Agiir network, our savior couldn’t do what we all expected, which is keeping all the jobs of MobiTourism. While I’m here to stay as a new head of R&D at Agiir Network, I suffered a lot seeing the departure of colleagues and friends with who I shared great moments within the past ten months.
